      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage airline bookings including securing reservations and monitoring flight arrivals and departures
      - Coordinate Individual Incentive Travel package fulfillment and communications with team members
      - Provide quality control for program reports and manage attendee registration changes
      - Adhere to program budgets and review final billing after program completion
      - Offer on-site assistance as needed during programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College Degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 2-3 years of leisure travel consultant/agent experience
      - Proven experience with leisure travel products, including working with wholesale tour operators and cruise lines
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing settings
      - Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Apollo GDS and basic knowledge of database management programs such as Lanyon and Cvent
      - Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time, including internationally
