      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide assistance to guests with air travel inquiries, including booking, changes, cancellations, and general information
      - Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to air travel arrangements in a timely and professional manner
      - Collaborate with the Air Operations team to ensure accurate handling of air travel logistics
      - Issue and manage air tickets, including amendments and pricing adjustments
      - Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management to reduce communication-related work errors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in computer systems and software used for air travel arrangements
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with travel suppliers, port agents, and management
      - Experience in the travel and hospitality industry and in a high-volume call center is highly desirable
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Knowledge of the Sabre airline reservation system and familiarity with air travel booking systems and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service within the travel industry
      - Familiarity with high-pressure environments and problem-solving capabilities
      - Understanding of ticketing processes, exchanges, and routing within airline systems
