      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with clients to assist in creating permit conditions that align with their business goals
      - Manage projects, including budget development, team leadership, and product delivery
      - Support program marketing through proposal preparation and client outreach
      - Navigate air permit applications through regulatory processes and negotiate permit conditions
      - Conduct technical analyses related to air permitting and compliance with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Environmental Engineering, Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
      - 8+ years of air permitting or similar experience, including 3+ years in project management
      - Strong knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations
      - Proven ability to provide leadership, mentoring, and technical direction for staff
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to client service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with air dispersion modeling analyses, including AERMOD and AERSCREEN
      - Familiarity with Best Available Control Technology (BACT) analyses and air operating permits
      - Knowledge of the Clean Air Act (CAA) and related regulatory frameworks
