      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist members with air transactions in the air booking tool, advising on fare rules and penalties
      - Handle complex air travel transactions, including exchanges, refunds, and reissues
      - Monitor and resolve support requests via live chat, email, and phone
      - Review international itineraries and add commission contracts
      - Attend regular team meetings for updates on airline and company procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience with travel industry systems such as GDS, Worldspan, or Galileo
      - Experience booking both international and domestic travel
      - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in using a CRM and documenting customer activity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of back office systems, such as Trams
      - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
      - Detail-oriented and highly organized
