Job Description

- Ensuring the timely renewal of Airside passes for all DHL Air personnel.
- Plan Vehicle Maintenance and coordinate Airside Vehicle Passes.
- To act as a point of contact for enquiries and deal with these efficiently and effectively escalating where required.
- To provide administration support for meetings, and take meeting minutes when required.
- Production of certificates required by the business and the uploading of these on to our training database.
- Maintaining our training databases and the monitoring of training expiry dates.
- Support for daily and weekly catering coordination/administration
- Provide holiday cover for the team
- General administrative support to the business as and when required.
- To hold five GCSE’s – A-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- Proven administration experience in a business environment or similar.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
- Excellent administration, organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent team working skills and be able to deal with colleagues at all levels.
- A strong working knowledge of MS Office packages including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience of minute taking and working with PowerPoint would be an advantage.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Core office hours
Work Location: EMA Cargo West, East Midlands Airport, Derby, DE74 2TR
