      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel records and employee information
      - Assist in the recruiting process, including processing applications and new-hire paperwork
      - Enter new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll information into the HRIS system
      - Answer questions concerning benefits, schedules, uniforms, and escalate employee concerns as needed
      - Maintain schedules, compile reports, and prepare billing information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for at least 2 years, with intermediate or advanced skills being most competitive
      - Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and organizational skills
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and improve processes
      - Must possess a high school diploma or GED
