      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel records and employee information
      - Assist in the recruiting process, including processing applications and new-hire paperwork
      - Enter new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll information into HRIS system
      - Coordinate fingerprints for the USPS line of services and serve as a signatory for SIDA badging applications
      - Maintain schedules, compile reports, and prepare billing information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel: 2 years (Preferred). Intermediate or Advanced Skills (Most Competitive)
      - Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and organizational skills
      - Exemplify strong ability to be flexible, resourceful, and make sound judgments
      - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing demands

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a similar industry
