      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel records and employee information
      - Assist in the recruiting process, including processing applications, new-hire paperwork, and interviewing candidates
      - Enter new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll information into the HRIS system
      - Answer questions regarding benefits, schedules, uniforms, and company policy while escalating employee concerns as needed
      - Maintain OSHA records and assist in administering on-the-job injury reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with intermediate or advanced skills being most competitive
      - Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and organizational skills
      - Must be a local (in-state) resident and at least 18 years of age
      - Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
