      Position Summary:


      The Regional Education Manager is responsible for supporting the assigned Sales Area in education and strategic activities to drive demand. The Regional Education Manager will provide training, relationship building, and best practices to support the overall success of the sales team and their customers. They will educate customers in a variety of settings in their assigned geography while ensuring consistent, branded, messaging and tailor their message to accommodate the audience.

      Responsibilities:

      • Partner with management and sales to achieve relevant goals, strategies, and initiatives.
      • Execute approximately 3 to 5 educational events a month – 40 to 60 people at an educational event.
      • Will execute smaller educational trainings when already in a location for a larger event.
      • Collaborate with EADs and RDs in the selection of the right locations and venues.
      • Work & liase with Marketing to create meaningful content and align on strategic priorities that will change throughout the year.
      • Execute virtual webinars on a quarterly basis. Approximately 2 a quarter.
      • Partner with Inside Sales Team & Corporate Accounts on special training requests.
      • Assist the Professional Relations team when needed (potential to assist in National Seminars and Roundtables).
      • Ability to relay complex information in a simple manner.
      • Ensure consistencies in brand messaging when presenting to both small and large audiences live and virtually (office training to large-scale seminar).
      • Improve partnerships by supporting AMs to strengthen relationships with physicians and support staff through specialty education.
      • May assists RD with conference calls, best practice sharing, and may have the opportunity to assist RD in interviewing and hiring process for open territories.
      • Align business decisions with strategic goals by demonstrating knowledge of market, competition and profitability.
      • Establish travel itinerary (quarterly) with EAD/Director of Education based on area/region priorities and T&E budget.
      • Communicate and provide relevant feedback on content, programs, and education materials to Dir. Education.

      Requirements:

      • BA/BS degree preferred
      • 3-5 years Medical Dermatology or Aesthetic experience preferred
      • Demonstrates strong presentation skills
      • Professional and polished appearance
      • Effective goal setting, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skills
      • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and get others to buy in to specific goals and strategies in a fast placed, demanding environment
      • Self-reliant with the ability to make solid business decisions
      • Ability to display proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Pro
      • Location: Florida or Dallas TX based - Highly Preferred

      Physical Requirements:

      • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
      • The person in this position needs to occasionally stoop, bend, and kneel
      • Frequently moves materials weighing up to 50 lbs
      • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
      • National travel requirement is up to 60%
