What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to engage customers and address patient needs
- Develop strategic territory business plans to drive product demand
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet customer needs
- Analyze market data to identify business opportunities and challenges
- Provide access support and coordinate with Patient Specialty Services associates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a similar sales role
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a matrix environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60-80% within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with therapeutic groups, disease states, and account management strategies
- Understanding of patient services, market access, and specialty pharmacy
- Experience with new product launches
