      Job Title: Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Specialist
      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon FBA Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing our Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) operations to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Amazon marketplace management, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of FBA processes.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Amazon Store Management: Oversee daily operations of the Amazon store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
      • Product Listings Optimization: Create, optimize, and manage product listings with compelling content, keywords, and SEO strategies to improve visibility and conversion rates.
      • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate restocking to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
      • Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales while optimizing ad spend.
      • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, track trends, and identify opportunities for new product launches or improvements.
      • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review key performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, and ACoS) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
      • FBA Coordination: Manage FBA shipments, including creating shipping plans, ensuring compliance with Amazon requirements, and resolving any issues with Amazon support.
      • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high ratings and customer satisfaction.
      Qualifications:
      • Proven experience as an Amazon FBA Specialist or in a similar role.
      • Deep understanding of Amazon's Seller Central and FBA processes.
      • Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and advertising platforms.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus.
      Preferred Skills:
      • Experience in launching and scaling private-label products.
      • Knowledge of Amazon compliance and policies.
      • Basic graphic design skills for creating A+ Content and product images.
      • Experience with inventory forecasting tools.
      Work Schedule & Location:
      • US work hours (Eastern Standard Time) - Flexible
      • Open to candidates from LATAM and South Africa
