What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive clinical and distributive medication management services in an endocrinology practice
- Monitor patients by collecting data, interpreting lab results, and performing assessments
- Develop and improve ambulatory pharmacy programs and services
- Document clinical interventions in the electronic health record in a timely manner
- Coordinate continuing education activities for medical and nursing staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; Doctoral degree preferred
- Registration as a Massachusetts Pharmacist required
- 1-3 years of related work experience required
- Completion of PGY1 accredited pharmacy residency or 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
- Must obtain one or more certifications (CSP, BCPS, BCACP) within 18 months of hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PGY2 specialty residency experience or 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
- Knowledge of complex/chronic disease states and therapies used within specialty pharmacy
