What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive clinical and distributive medication management services in various clinical areas
- Monitor patients, collect data, interpret laboratory results, and identify patient goals of therapy
- Develop and improve ambulatory pharmacy programs and services, including drug use evaluations
- Document clinical interventions in the electronic health record in a timely manner
- Precept pharmacy residents and students, contributing to staff development in specialty practice

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; Doctoral degree in Pharmacy preferred
- Registration as a Massachusetts Pharmacist required
- 1-3 years of related work experience required
- Completion of PGY1 accredited pharmacy residency or 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
- Must obtain one or more certifications (CSP, BCPS, BCACP) within 18 months of hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PGY2 specialty pharmacy residency or fellowship experience or 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
- Knowledge of complex/chronic disease states and therapies used within specialty pharmacy
