      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and make decisions on transaction monitoring alerts, including money movement and blockchain analytics
      - Draft and prepare SAR filings and maintain appropriate case documentation
      - Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers as needed
      - Assist in drafting policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements for sanctions and AML-related areas
      - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a sustainably compliant program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a financial crimes compliance organization
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Understanding of economic sanctions regimes (OFAC) and compliance requirements
      - Minimum of a BA degree
      - A passion for learning about digital assets and blockchain technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in operating within a financial services regulatory environment
      - Knowledge of technology-related implementation, testing, or model validation
