What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate AML model development, implementation, optimization, and validation of risk-based customer and transaction screening rules
- Develop governance documentation related to tuning efforts and data validation for AML transaction monitoring
- Track and report results of tuning activities and model performance to senior management
- Create management information dashboards displaying real-time or near real-time AML metrics
- Assist with AML vendor selection, implementation, and testing of AML systems and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- One (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any related field
- Proficiency in Data Quality Validation, BSA/AML, OFAC, and Fraud modeling or analytics
- Experience in dashboard design and cloud-based data storage and analytics
- Familiarity with AML regulations and predictive modeling experience in SQL/R/Python
