      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform alert triage to identify and prioritize suspicious financial activities and fraud
      - Monitor, research, and clear alerts related to potential fraud
      - Conduct preliminary reviews to escalate alerts to senior team members for further investigation
      - Oversee the Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) process, including exemptions
      - Perform quality assurance reviews of internal processes related to AML/CFT and fraud detection

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's (or Associate) degree AND 2 years of AML/CFT, fraud, and/or analytics experience OR 4-5 years of experience in banking or a related field
      - Basic understanding of financial systems, AML/CFT and sanctions regulations, and compliance
      - Intermediate Excel knowledge
      - Ability to work independently and use independent judgment with minimal supervision
      - Ability to handle pressure of meeting deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with financial transaction analysis and reporting
      - Familiarity with Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes
      - Knowledge of fraud types and scams
      - Previous experience in a compliance or risk management role
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
