      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, analyze, and provide quality assurance of AML and fraud incident reports for potential Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filings
      - Conduct in-depth investigations related to potential suspicious activity
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure thorough incident reporting
      - Work with external stakeholders, including state regulators, to provide necessary support and documentation
      - Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or at least 4 years of AML/BSA experience in the Fintech, Banking, or Casino Industry
      - Strong investigative skills and sound judgment to review and interpret financial data
      - Ability to communicate effectively with strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Knowledge and understanding of the BSA and gaming industry regulations
      - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with back office payments processing and fraud
      - Experience in customer verification, customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence
