What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert advice on AML/KYC compliance and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations
- Conduct transaction monitoring and internal audits to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with various teams to implement OFAC Solutions programs
- Engage with regulatory agencies such as FRB, OCC, FDIC, FinCEN, or SIFMA
- Leverage excellent communication and leadership skills to guide team efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 4+ years of experience
- CPA or other certification (CFE, CIA, CAMS, CRCM) strongly preferred
- Previous experience in AML/BSA, KYC, and transaction monitoring
- Extensive knowledge or examination experience with regulatory agencies
- Strong communication and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
- PMP certification is a plus
- Previous experience in public accounting and/or at a consulting firm
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment
- Experience across multiple areas of accounting and finance
