What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Director of AML/CFT in implementing and administering the BSA compliance program
- Monitor BSA/AML/Fraud software daily alerts and identify potential unusual or suspicious activity
- Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) based on alerts and referrals
- Manage and monitor BSA/Fraud staff high-risk analysis to ensure timely reporting and compliance
- Provide cross-training to BSA/Compliance staff on software and BSA/Fraud processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 6 years of banking experience in risk and/or compliance required
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML/CFT/Fraud monitoring software
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple BSA/AML/Fraud related tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ACAMS or similar certification preferred
- Advanced organizational and personal skills
