What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in planning, design, development, training, implementation, maintenance/support, and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to assigned applications
- Serve as a mentor and escalation path for less experienced IT staff
- Assist with planning, design, development/build, testing, training/certifications, implementation, communication, and maintenance/support of software applications
- Create and follow project plans
- Communicate with customers, administration, and team members regarding information technology and services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with clinical licensure
- Previous healthcare information technology experience
- Epic Certification in primary application within three months of employment or transition to ITS
- Exceptional knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience
- IT background with effective communication skills
- Project management and leadership experience desired
