What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, extract, and record eligible 340B transactions and purchases of 340B eligible products
- Conduct audits of the Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System Database and 340B Eligible Claims
- Develop and maintain reports for compliance, audit purposes, and financial assessments
- Utilize analytics tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to design and maintain insightful reports
- Support process improvement projects and contribute to the growth of the 340B Program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience or 1 year in a data analytic role, or 5 years in 340B Compliance
- Experience in Excel and pharmacy applications like EPIC or 340B split billing software
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Pharmacy Technician License in New Hampshire and Vermont or the ability to acquire one within 90 days

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in Pharmacy Procurement
- Prior experience specifically with 340B programs
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
