What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, extract, and record eligible 340B transactions and purchases to ensure compliance
- Conduct audits of the Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System Database and 340B eligible claims
- Develop and present reports for Senior Leadership Stakeholders, including financial assessments
- Create and maintain databases for 340B replenishments, drug purchases, and claim audit activities
- Utilize analytics tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to develop insightful reports for the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience or 1 year in a data analytic role, or 5 years of 340B compliance-related experience
- Must possess experience in Excel
- Prior experience with pharmacy applications like EPIC or 340B split billing software
- Pharmacy Technician License in New Hampshire and Vermont, or ability to acquire one within the first 90 days

- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in pharmacy procurement
- Familiarity with 340B compliance and regulations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service abilities
