What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all facets of accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor communication
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts and maintain accurate historical records
- Assist with month-end closing and inventory reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Provide ad-hoc accounts payable reports by analyzing and summarizing account information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
- Advanced knowledge of ERP accounting systems; experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with automated financial and accounting reporting systems
