What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze a regional portfolio to support investment performance in accordance with the business plan to meet or exceed expected returns
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data in the management of current assets
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for current and potential projects
- Review and analyze property performance and assist with preparing reports for regional asset management teams and third parties
- Work closely with the asset management team to support the execution of the business's vision and strategic plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, urban planning, real estate development, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE), affordable housing, asset management, financial analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data collection, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with attention to detail and experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
