      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete benefit additions, terminations, and changes in a timely and accurate manner
      - Maintain knowledge of adjudication systems to design standard and custom configurations
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, NCPDP, and internal business standards
      - Conduct quality assurance peer reviews and contribute to root cause analysis
      - Utilize workflow management tools for troubleshooting and issue resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent work experience
      - Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
      - Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives
      - Strong interpersonal skills to interact cooperatively with colleagues
      - Availability for after-hour and weekend work as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pharmacy benefit management or related fields
      - Familiarity with claim adjudication systems and processes
      - Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to pharmacy benefits
      - Strong analytical skills for conducting quality assurance and testing
      - Previous experience in a role requiring attention to detail and accuracy
