What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate business problems into data analysis requirements and build PowerBI dashboards
- Create self-service dashboards for data visualization to assist various teams
- Enhance existing dashboards by understanding user needs and implementing improvements
- Serve as the product owner by training and supporting users on developed tools
- Collaborate with publishing professionals to address daily business inquiries related to analytics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of business intelligence or analytical experience
- Proficient with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction across all company levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently under competing deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial analysis
- Background in book publishing, media, or consulting
- Knowledge of SQL or DAX
- UX/UI design and data visualization skills for creating intuitive dashboards
