Job Description

- Work with stakeholders to define business scope.
- Analyze and synthesize information provided by stakeholders.
- Define and deliver business requirements by leading working sessions.
- Work closely with project team and coordinate activities related to design and development.
- Define overall testing strategies and provide support all levels of testing and defect resolution.
- Document and supervise processes implementation.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Manage incoming data development or investigation requests and engage stakeholders to understand the underlying problem, base assumptions and desired outcomes
- Enforce standards around documentation and overall quality of deliverables
- Act as steward for standards around data model, data dictionary and implementation of business rules and definitions
- 2+ years experience in SQL programming
- Experience with Oracle, Teradata, ETL tools
- 2+ years experience in BI, analytics or related disciplines
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology , BI, Engineering, Business, Mathematics & Statistics and/or related fields
- Excellent written and oral communicator with a demonstrable history of developing strong partnerships and cross-team collaboration
- Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment
- Ability to quickly analyze information and determine “what does this mean for the business”
- Working knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide
- Experience with Unica or any other campaign management tool (Adobe, Pega, Salesforces…)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Experience with data modeling
- Knowledge of telecommunication sector
- Proven project management and change management skills
