What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and enhance business processes and training materials for data management services
- Lead the design and development of eLearning training programs using the Articulate platform
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to track performance metrics and KPIs
- Coordinate with stakeholders for system requirements, testing, and implementation
- Support the Senior Manager in representing Inflight Support Services with global IT Development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT, data management, and instructional design
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in instructional design using eLearning platforms
- Experience in process documentation for business and technology workflows
- Strong technical writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certificate in Digital Learning & Instructional Design
- Entry-level Project Management certification
- Exposure to Python or a similar programming language used in process design
- Experience with process mapping using Visio or similar platforms
