What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform and synthesize in-depth industry, technology, and company-specific research
- Review, organize, analyze, and summarize financial, marketing, and other documents produced by clients
- Build detailed financial models, including discount cash flow and comparable market analysis
- Develop and communicate clear takeaways from information considering both qualitative and quantitative factors
- Write detailed, persuasive reports and prepare PowerPoint presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; engineering or technical background is a plus
- Minimum academic success of 3.5 GPA
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work well in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ASA
- Previous experience in intellectual property or related fields
