      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Document internal processes and assist the compliance team in developing and refining compliance procedures
      - Maintain and conduct periodic reviews of required documentation to ensure compliance
      - Develop and maintain a file management system for compliance-related documents
      - Provide administrative support to the compliance department, including subaward management and program compliance
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance measures into portfolio management processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2+ years of experience in compliance, grants management, regulatory affairs, or a similar field
      - Strong reasoning and quantitative skills
      - Familiarity with file management systems and data analytics tools
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders at various levels
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certification or degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of relevant federal regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200 and OMB circulars
      - Passion for the mission and work of Climate United and Calvert Impact, with a commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion
