What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and interpret data to determine appropriate configuration changes
- Handle coding, updating, and maintaining benefit plans, provider contracts, fee schedules, and various system tables
- Research and resolve claim/encounter issues, pended claims, and update systems as necessary
- Prioritize work to meet deadlines and needs of user community
- Work with QNXT and Networx systems, benefits configuration, contract building, and contract configuration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of experience in the field
- Solid experience with MS Office suites, Advanced Excel, and SQL
- Experience working on benefits configuration, contract building, and contract configuration
- Ability to work with fluctuating volumes of work and prioritize effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in the field
