What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete moderately complex service requests per user specifications, ensuring accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and reporting
- Develop and maintain effective analytic processes, solutions, visualizations, metrics, and KPIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create actionable data insights and develop action plans
- Deliver analytical insights and recommendations in presentations for internal and external customers
- Support internal and external audits, and assist in preparing recommendations and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in economics, business, statistics, finance, accounting, information technology, mathematics, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in financial/statistical analysis and reporting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of analytics principles, concepts, and best practices
- Intermediate skills in SQL Query development and data visualization
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data mining and quantitative analysis
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
