Our culture is truly one of a kind. We get stuff done, and have fun doing it! We take great pride in contributing to the communities where we live with an ever-constant eye to the global investment markets.

This role will be a core member of the Corporate Financing team and will take a lead role in the analysis and preparation of materials on debt issuance, credit metrics and investor relations.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

      • Preparing quarterly Board materials related to OMERS Finance Trust, a global issuer of commercial paper and term debt

      • Assisting with the preparation for issuance of term notes

      • Assisting with the preparation for annual meetings with credit ratings agencies and other ad hoc analysis as it relates to OMERS credit ratings

      • Researching and reporting on relevant trends in the debt capital markets

      • Assisting with the planning and preparation of Annual Report, Mid-Year Investment Update and Sustainable Bond Report

      • Contributing to other ad hoc assignments, financial analysis and projects as required

To succeed in this role, you have:

      • Undergraduate degree, with progress toward an accounting or finance designation (CPA, CFA or equivalent)

      • Proficiency with Bloomberg, Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and other related tools

      • Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create effective presentations

We believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford, the strength of our employees, and the work we do for our pension members. Our flexible hybrid work guideline requires teams to come to the office a minimum of 3+ days per week.

      Our story:
