What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and produce engaging graphics for internal communications and training collateral
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team and stakeholders to ensure designs meet development needs and brand standards
- Perform low-fidelity digital content copy editing and writing for internal communications
- Manage and update digital content on the employer's intranet site, ensuring timely updates and user experience considerations
- Create visually appealing layouts for the intranet site and maintain digital assets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, but new graduate candidates with a strong portfolio may be considered
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
