What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst or in a Healthcare Eligibility Role
- 2+ years of managed care experience
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and intermediate SQL knowledge for data analysis
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of formal training in Business Analysis and/or Systems Analysis
