What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and conduct data-driven analysis on fundraising campaigns and programs
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and inform future strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience with Microsoft tools: Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SQL programming language and augmented analytic tools
- Basic proficiency with data preparation tools like Tableau Prep or Alteryx
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external relations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic experience creating visualizations through tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or SAP
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
