      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage website content, ensuring alignment with SEO strategies and marketing goals
      - Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
      - Execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic, including ongoing keyword research and on-page optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
      - 4-7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare organization or agency
      - Expertise in paid search, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
      - Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
      - Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Google Ads and/or SEO certifications
      - Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
      - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
      - Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and website user journey optimization
      - Experience with design tools like Canva for creative content development
