Work directly with Value Enhancement Program (VEP) Finance Team to support all VEP reporting requirements, including both internal management reporting as well as external reporting and disclosures of company progress and results. This role has high visibility to senior management across the different business segments and functions and directly influences the success of the overall VEP target.

Day in the Life:

• Support the Transformation Office (TO) with analytical oversight of VEP initiative data within the Wave database, ultimately supporting internal and external reporting of VEP progress
• Review VEP dashboards to draw insights and identify developing trends or issues utilizing Wave data for purposes of reconciling quarterly results and ensuring proper maintenance of data
• Assist in the review and approval of stage gate initiative submissions and ongoing monthly validation of actual results
• Ongoing support of the procedures and controls to maintain financial reporting
• Rely on prior analytical experiences in FP&A and/or Accounting to properly analyze and interpret VEP results
• Background in data management and analytics to help end-users understand the data and “tell the story”

You Bring This Value:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration
• Required: Minimum 6-8 years in Accounting, FP&A, or equivalent analytical finance role
• Preferred: MBA, MS Accounting, or equivalent master’s degree
• Analytical skills with the ability to propose creative ideas to solve complex issues
• Proactive approach, able to take initiative and make quick decisions based on calculated risks
• Ability to work in a team in a multinational environment, role will interact with sites globally
• Previous experience with Wave tool and SAP would be an advantage
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Good interpersonal, communication, reporting, and presentation skills
• Comfortable regularly interacting with senior leaders across the company
