      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in monthly statistical analysis through EPSI cost accounting and Lawson general ledger
      - Run reports related to business plan functions and assist in FTE reporting and analysis
      - Prepare budgets for new business initiatives and erosion
      - Collect and analyze provider profit and loss data from various sources
      - Collaborate with regional administrators to run department-specific operational data and ad hoc reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Knowledge of budget procedures
      - Understanding of third-party cost reports
      - Ability to work on-site as required, living within a commutable distance to the employer's location
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in financial analysis within a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with Athena physician billing systems
      - Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software
      - Strong communication skills for collaboration with various departments
