      What you will be doing

      Position Summary

      The HR Service Center (HRSS) Global Performance Analyst is responsible for the operational and performance metrics development, tracking and reporting across the Global HRSS teams. Reporting to the HRSS Global Operational Excellence Leader, the HRSS Performance Analyst monitors and analyzes operational data in an effort to continuously improve the performance of the Global HRSS teams.


      Primary Duties & Responsibilities

      • Own metrics development, tracking and reporting
      • Design and build of HRSS operational reports and dashboards
      • Populate and maintain weekly performance metrics template for customer service and QA scores
      • Create monthly reports to document and communicate key themes stemming from all quality assurance and audit procedures
      • Monitors, tracks and documents effectiveness of any implemented quality improvement action plans
      • Reviews detailed metric analysis reports, looking for further opportunities for improvement.
      • Develops and manages initiatives to resolve identified performance issues.
      • Supports the HRSS Demand Management Framework through various tasks as needed, including reporting, tracking
      • Performing other related responsibilities as requested and when necessary.

      Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Requirements

      • Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
      • Minimum of five (5) years of HR experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
      • Ability to model behaviors that reflect the organization’s core values.
      • Demonstrated knowledge in HR Service Center services and functions.
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service skills.
      • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers, including the ability to build and manage effective working relationships.
      • Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through to completion on multiple tasks.
      • Ability to work with sensitive information and classified matter.
      • Experience working with HCMS, case management or customer care technologies, and telephony systems (Workday, ServiceNow and Genesys preferred)

      *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
