What is the opportunity?

Your primary focus will be to support day to day operations of the Global Investment Banking (GIB) division by working closely with the Business Management team and senior leadership.

What will you do?

• Responsible for data analytics & reporting, managing business performance, creating presentations, financial plans, and other such projects supporting the strategic direction of the Canadian Investment Banking business
• Prepare and interpret strategic & financial reports that combine all aspects of the business including competitive analytics (Bloomberg and Dealogic), creation of management presentations
• Assist in annual budgeting and planning process
• Assist in the administration of GIB CRM system
• Manage special projects and ad-hoc requests to support the platform

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

• Undergraduate degree with a focus on Business, Economics or Finance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal partners, clients and vendors in a global environment
• Detail oriented with solid analytical skills and ability to synthesize data points
• Energetic, self-motivated and an ability to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines, sometimes for extended periods of time
• Comfort and confidence interacting with senior leaders and management
