What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement processes and solutions for data/text mining and analysis
- Collaborate with departments and customers to define requirements and understand business problems
- Develop information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to monitor business performance
- Prepare state-mandated reports and conduct data analysis
- Research and document new standard reports or processes in partnership with internal and external clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate level MS Excel skills
- Experience with SQL for data research and analysis
- Familiarity with Enrollment and Managed Healthcare processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with QNXT
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid membership
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
