Job Description

Reserve and accurately maintain master data records for assigned product categories with the ERP system
Ability to work with large and complex sets of item data
Utilize mass upload tools to update material settings
Review audit reports to ensure data accuracy
Fulfill daily tasks and drive priorities, adapting according to business need
Develop strong relationships and collaborate with internal business partners (Engineering, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to facilitate cross-functional processes, provide input on nonstandard requests and help resolve issues as they arise
Adhere to data governance
Quickly problem solve and resolve issues that arise
Present during monthly report out to senior leadership
Other duties as assigned
Master Data Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Engineering strongly preferred
1+ experience in fields related to Supply Chain
Strong Oral and written communications skills for presentations to Supply Chain, Marketing & Engineering counterparts
Advanced in Microsoft Excel: including advanced formulas and organizing pivot tables
Experience with Oracle is a plus
Exposure to Project Management tools & techniques is a plus

Your Role on Our Team
The candidate will work in Supply Chain, in conjunction with Engineering & Marketing, as part of New Product Development process to setup & maintain items that fuel our industry-leading innovation pipeline. They will need to have great attention to detail and discipline to adhere to governance norms, while having the ability to see the big picture and remain agile to adjust course as business needs arise.
