What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and ensure accurate quote submissions
- Gather necessary marketing materials from broker partners for RFP preparation
- Collaborate and negotiate with carriers on quotes and responses
- Organize data into a marketing analysis format for effective presentation
- Develop and maintain relationships with broker partners and carriers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-4 years of industry-related experience
- Strong knowledge of ancillary benefit plan designs, industry trends, and carrier products
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with effective communication skills

- Experience in the insurance or benefits marketplace
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders
- Proven track record of successful negotiations with carriers
