Position Summary
In the 407 Analyst role, you will be working to complete periodic access reviews in accordance with policy and various compliance/ audit requirements. The Analyst will be responsible for executing in accordance with documented procedural documents as well as ability to think independently when the need may arise and apply proper decision making to drive toward the proper and on time completion of work tasks.
The Analyst will be working with the Team Leads to execute Periodic Access Review (PAR) cycles as well as coordinating and executing a set of PARs they are assigned. You will ensure PAR planned dates are met for the PARs you are assigned. You would be expected to follow the process and require minimal amounts of supervision and oversight once training is complete.
The Analyst will work towards gaining a full and complete understanding of the PAR process to ensure proper and complete execution and be able to grow in their role to assume more responsibility, such as the responsibility for higher risk or higher priority items.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Access Review processing, Identity Access Management, or IT Compliance
1+ years of experience in Intermediate level Microsoft Excel user ability.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Identity Management concepts, including Role Based Access Controls
Conceptual knowledge of IT Audit or Information Security Risk Assessments (Educational Experience OK)
Strong organization/time management skills to be able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deliverables

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$26.74 - $53.47
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
