What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough research and provide detailed analysis to the national security community and clients
- Deliver on-site client support, addressing inquiries and producing ad hoc reports
- Utilize public records and proprietary data to create insightful, actionable reports
- Collaborate with client managers and analysts to enhance analytical practices
- Participate in mentoring and developing best practices within the analytic team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research and analysis
- At least 2 years of experience utilizing public records and open-source data
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent military or government experience
- Strong writing and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- U.S. Citizenship required to comply with government contract requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in foreign languages, such as Spanish, Chinese, or Russian
- Experience with network analysis and social network analysis tools
- Familiarity with geospatial or photographic analysis methodologies
