What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Senior Instructional Designer and Learning Architect to develop content aligned with organizational goals
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training
- Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create impactful learning experiences
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
- Continuously evaluate and improve instructional materials based on learner feedback and industry trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an instructional designer, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia development tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
