What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and distribute reprint agendas and minutes, suggesting reprint quantities and creating reprint orders in SAP
- Create production orders for new titles and maintain title notes
- Liaise with customer service and the warehouse to address customer and receiving issues
- Collaborate with Sales to estimate needs for seasonal titles
- Prepare monthly excess reviews for Publisher meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of publishing experience
- Excellent analytical skills with comfortability in working with numbers and data
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Inventory Management or Sales
- Proficiency in Power BI is a plus
