What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and reconcile complex investment accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
- Develop control processes to support internal controls and accounting policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate timely completion of investment accounting processes
- Prepare technical financial documents and reports for various audiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3-5 years of prior experience in investment accounting or accounting systems
- Technical knowledge in investment accounting and operations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry or financial services
- CPA or CFA certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Treasury Operations related to Investment Accounting
- Proven ability to recommend process improvements
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external clients
