What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day support to identify, analyze, and resolve EDI/API errors and discrepancies
- Lead and support EDI/API integration projects, including onboarding new trading partners
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for EDI/API implementations and updates
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and enhancements
- Collaborate with HQ IT teams to diagnose and resolve system issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting EDI/API systems
- Proficiency in EDI standards such as X12 and XML
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
